Im looking for a lender for a colorado property, 5plex purchase will be owner oq. will live in one unit rent a rest  renters all ready in, full doc  632 mid score , but perfect credit . also looking for a commercial lender 70 or better ltv cash out refi on commercial building and  existing business in it. Also in colorado Im in state of washington fyi if you a lender.

Still looking for a lender for older mobile homes in Florida (pre-1976). Typically $100,000 to $300,000 values with 70-80% LTV full doc loans.  Land value ratios are high…any suggestions?

Do ANY wholesale lenders still do  pre-1975 mobile homes in Florida?  Most of the local banks “have run out of funds” designated for these homes, but there are still hundreds of them being sold in this market.  Typical value ratios are 20% structure and 80% land value.I’d like to direct my regular brokers to a source for funding these loans.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A INVESTOR FOR A $600k LOAN?  FATHER FELL ILL.  HE IS THREE MONTHS BEHIND IN MTG. PAYMENTS. HE QUICK CLAIMED THE LOAN TO HIS SON. I AM FINDING OUT INVESTORS SAY THIS IS A ARMS LENGTH TRANSACTION.  THERE IS ALOT OF EQUITY IN PROPERTY.  RATE NOT A PROBLEM.
